Go to the Item Property
Advanced > Custom Attributes
Type the below Code:

style="text-transform:uppercase"
for Lower Case:
style="text-transform:lowercase"
/
style="text-transform:lowercase"
when you save and run the page, you will see what ever the user types, inline it will be auto converted to upper case.
